Metal Sheet Worker
During my time at Mauser, I had the opportunity to work in various roles, including sheet metal work and cover gasket operations. I also spent a significant amount of time in the office and warehouse handling information processes. I conducted data analysis in Excel using shipping, purchasing, and production records. This experience allowed me to gain comprehensive insight into areas ranging from production and quality control to management and warehousing.

Skills Gained During My Experience at Mauser

Soft Skills:

Communication

Periodically, I conducted walkthroughs on the factory floor to collect production record sheets directly from the machine operators. I utilized this data to generate detailed charts and conduct performance analyses using Excel. Additionally, regular interactions with operators and other personnel significantly contributed to the development of my communication and interpersonal skills within an industrial environment

Adaptability

At first, I am usually a bit shy and afraid of making mistakes in a new place. But I get used to the environment quickly and work well with others.
People liked working with me and were happy with my support.

Hard Skills:

Microsoft Office

I processed production, sales, and other data in Excel and generated charts, thus strengthening my Excel skills
I compiled analyses in Word and made a presentation for my manager, which improved my Word skills.
I also used this data in the company's database application for stock control, tracking quantities of products produced, and monitoring shipment trucks.
